TRANQUILITY

“What are your daily practices as a creative?

Meditation is my transition from sleep to being awake.  I gravitate to Jennifer Piercy’s guided meditation,” oh, waking one” as she gently awakens me with the question:

“What is arising within you as you meet this new day?”.

This breathing exercise enlivens a new intelligence and keen instinct to be used in my future creations. It gently guides me through this sacred fog of awakening. 

I use the image of  “tranquility” to be my grounding cord to connect me with earth's energy and to give me the stability to embrace what this new day is to manifest.
